WHAT IS THE REWARD?

Purchase from a select range of Rinnai Cooling products from participating dealers and you could receive a prepaid VISA card up to $400

Eligible products and participating states:

Participating sates: Victoria, New South Wales, ACT, South Australia, Queensland, Western Australia

It is a very simple process to claim your reward. 

Before you start, please ensure you have the following ready:

• Invoice number and date
• An electronic copy of your invoice to upload as proof of purchase. File format: PDF, JPEG only

When you are ready to claim your cashback, click on the Claim Now link and complete the online form as required. 

Once your claim is submitted, you will receive an email to advise of your claim status. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY RINNAI VISA PREPAID GIFT CARD?

If your claim is successful, your card will be issued to you at the end of the promotion period. The card will be sent to the nominated address provided on the claim form.
